HIBT Undergraduate Pathway Programmes are taught in conjunction with the University of Hertfordshire, and HIBT graduates are guaranteed entry to a range of Hertfordshire degree courses*.
With three(3) entry dates each year in February, June and October, small class sizes, academic and language support and full access to University facilities, HIBT offers a unique opportunity for International Students wishing to study in the UK.
HIBT is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC), an independent body that ensures the highest standards are maintained in private sector education institutions. HIBT conducts University Pathway Programmes on behalf of Navitas UK, a subsidiary of Navitas. Navitas provides Year 10, 11, 12, Elicos and English preparatory courses as well as Foundation, Pre-University, University and Pre-Masters programmes in a wide range of disciplines across twelve (12) colleges worldwide. Certificate Level University Equivalent: International Foundation (Pre-University)
You will be offered entry to Certificate level of the Undergraduate Pathway Programme if you have either:
Completed UK GCSE or an internationally recognised equivalent
Completed GCE A/AS Level
This is an academic curriculum which will introduce you to all of the key subjects you need to know before starting the First Year of your degree at the University of Hertfordshire or equivalent diploma programme at HIBT.
Diploma Level University Equivalent: Level 1 (First Year university)
You will be offered entry to the Diploma Level of the Undergraduate Pathway Programme if you have:
Completed your High School education to a minimum of Year 12
Completed GCE A Level or an internationally recognised equivalent
This is an academic curriculum, which consists of courses/modules fully accredited by the University of Hertfordshire. Unlike general university studies, HIBT offer a more flexible approach, with three intakes per annum, including a summer semester. Support, in areas such as English language and Study Skills, is also provided.
University of Hertfordshire
After the successful completion of the Undergraduate Pathway Programme at HIBT, students are guaranteed entry to the 2nd Year of a University of Hertfordshire bachelor degree*.Please note that for those wishing to enter a LLB, the Law Undergraduate Pathway programme at Certificate Level provides direct access to Level 1 (First Year) of the degree. |
